contract saids, have to put one day notice during the first month's employment, so if I work on 17/7 and told them to terminate the job at the end of the day, is it possible or just don't show up to work on the frist day ?

The reason I want to quit is i found another temp job (paid much better) and will start on the same day (7/17), kindly give me a solution where i could satisfy both parties ? Thanks a lot.

Walk out the door. The only thing they could do is garnish some wages on your last paycheck, which would be small anyways.

Read the contract. It should give you all the penalities you might face. Next time think before you sign any contract.
