Are there any other carpet cleaners that are truck mounted? Find out what they are charging, you don't want to charge more than them.

If there aren't any truck mounted ones, make a list of all your costs and expenses and guestimate how many customers you would need per week (don't overestimate, be conservative - business is always slow when you start) to cover all that if you were to charge $x/hr, but then you have to add an amount for your labour too.

There may be many carpet cleaners where you are, so advertising may not be the best option for getting the word out about your business, also because it's costly and I assume that truck-mounted carpet cleaning is more expensive to operate than otherwise.
