The local tax office of your area has that information, and it is public information. All you need is the address of the property.

Much easier way. Just call on Realtors and talk to one that will help you find the owners. Realtors have an easy connection to this, and some would be more than happy to help. It just takes a quick internet lookup. Just make a call, it saves you a trip out.

Start by going to your county website. Look for the Auditor or Property Tax records. You should be able to locate owners by plugging in the address. (The other options are usually PID/PIN [Property Identification Number] or Owner's Name.) The try Dex to locate a real phone #.

You can do a real estate tax search on the internet - usually can be found on your county's website. It's a public record, so it should be listed. Sometimes it will list an alternate address where they send the tax bills.
