for example, if i find an interesting business operating in taiwan on australia, is it possible for me to bring it back to my home country and do the same thing? how can you find out for sure if you're not infringing at patent rights.

I put in my two weeks notice at work and HR says that I have to do an Exit Interview with them before I leave. What's the purpose of this and if I say anything bad about my manager, will HR tell my manager? If I say anything bad will it effect any recommendations / referrals for a new job? My manager was awful and caused a lot of problems for me, that’s why I’m leaving. However, I want to make sure I don’t burn any bridges when leaving.

Seems overly conservative. Why "go overboard" and create an LLC when I have insurance on the rentals I own? Seems like the chances are slim and none that I'd have a problem on one of my properties that would exceed the insurance policy I have. Does anyone have opinions one way or the other...or horror stories to share?

Hi there.

I am resigning from my current job but i don't know how to write a resignation letter, and yes i am plenty old enough to know how to, but i just have never written or really seen one before.

Can someone please write out an example of how it shoul be written.

Why don't more business accept on line checking for quick easy and 'for sure' pmt verses credit cards? I know credit cards cost like 7% for each purchase to the business owner, but on line checking is free, at least at my bank. I pay my utilities with on line checking, and buy cigarettes the same way, but most things advertised on TV doesn't offer that option, they just want my credit card number. On line checking, I can see within minutes what's been charged to me, but with a credit card I have to wait for my bill, so I don't do that anymore. If you sell and advertise online or on tv and know the answer, I'd appreciate a logical reason. Thanks
