i have a store for sell in the country it has a new fuel tank reg and premium gas. It is 2850 sq ft. (on and off road diesel.)7 door walk in cooler, 2-5x3 pepsi coolers also an apt joins this store 3 bdr 2 bath 1500 sq ft.

Other than ebay.com, try listing your store/apt on craigslist.com or even try Yahoo's auctions page.

List it with realtors (non-exclusive listing) so it gets into MLS, and on websites.

Try to get www.united-country.com's local realtor to list it. Lots of urban refugees are looking to buy a biz in the country.

Tell the other business owners within the area, they might be looking to expand.

Definitely put up a sign in the store, especially as hunting season gets closer and all the rich hunters from the city come in.

what kind of a bone-head realtor would take a non-exclusive listing? Gawd people are so stupid.

Why would a realtor create BUZZ about your business or home, when they knew that the buyer could go directly to you and get it cheaper? Whenever I see that (non-exclusive listing) I just... <>>

btw.. about your question: networking and working with a Real Estate Agent, is the best way to sell.

You can advertise in local papers, but, you may be interviewing competitors who only want to see your financial statements. This happens.
There are Business Brokers, just like Realtors. They have contact with buyers that may be interested in your type of business, locally and out of town. They also try to screen out competitors. Be prepared to pay commissions.
