sorry to say, this is a scam to get you to send them money and to get your bank account information. You would never see any 'winnings' once they had everything they could get from you.

Legitimate lotteries don't require you to send bank information or work via 'bank transfers' - they would simply send you a check.

Do not reply and do not send them any money or personal information.

remember - if you didn't enter a lottery you didn't win a lottery.
Legitimate lotteries do not use EMAIL to notify winners
Legitimate lotteries do not require payment or request personal information
International lotteries are illegal
