My husband was working for a limo company and his supervisor said he missed a call that my husband knew nothing about...so, the company decided that because they had to reimburse the customer their money, they want to dock my husband's pay...$370.00 Anyways...my husband quit because it's unfair and now the company is suing him in small claims court...there was nothing signed in my husband's limo contract stating he'd be responsible for such charges...can this company do this?

So, I am looking at jobs and most of them have hard to achieve qualifications for a newbie. For example, one says "required 3-5 years experience". So if I only have a year's worth of experience will they not even consider me, even if I know what I am doing? Another example is "knowledge of microsoft publisher a plus". If I don't know anything about that program will they not consider me?

I work in a nursing home. My boss got fired twice. She was caught steeling food from the residents I mean frozen food that stock had came in. She also chreats her employee's realy bad. I mean by that is she harrasses them. And also keeps on with mental abuseing her employee's. My brother also works with me. He is a cook. She tells him by yelling at him that he is not doing a good job. That the residents don't like your cooking. She screams at him. And the residents tells my brother they love his cooking to keep it up. My brother went to the administrater about it. But, she gets fired and she keeps coming back to the job. My question to you all is this. We had contact our Union rep. We told her what was going on and my boss has not changed her attitude. The union was realy upset about how she is chreating her employee's. You think the union can help get rid of my boss for good. Please give some advice. If she don't get fired her employees are going to quit.

Do not work for this company . I learned my lesson the hard way. They are always negative instead of telling you that you had made a mistake and you should do it like this for next time. They also was say it you did it wrong and in a negative way. The pay is almost o.k but the raise each year is $.30 cents. The man boss at regional is a female dog. She is not a people person and she doesn't like being around children for very long. If she doesn't like you she will find the littlle thing that you did wrong. She will compile them in a letter with different titles and codes to get rid of you. I work my a?? off for the company and was running the center and because I did not kiss A??. They found three different thing that sopposely i did wrong with in two weeks.I got blamed for them, when their was other employees involved. The other three employees except one turned on me. MY ADVICE IF YOU WORK FOR THE COMPANY DON'T TRUST ANYONE AND KEEP TO YOURSELF AND DO YOUR JOB.

Im not talking about big insurance companies offering a variety of insurance. say, education, hospitalization, hazard, etc. I'm simply referring to how could it possibly start or what are the basics in order for one to start on an insurance business venture.

We sell health and beauty products. Been in business about 3 years. Annual sales were $200k, 500k and 700k. We sell entirely online through four different sales channels. We sell to end-user 80% and wholesale 20%. We bought our own 2500 sq. foot warehouse 2 months ago. What is the best way to determine valuation on this business?

This is my first credit card, and although I was paying off my balance in full each month, circumstances have led to me being able to only pay the minimum each month. My payments are always on time, however. Is just paying it on time what really matters, or does the amount of my payment count as well? I ask in relevance to my having a good credit history and score.

I lost almost $5000 and it was their mistake. I was a victim of fraud and the bank could have prevented it. The police told me it was the banks fault but no one seems to want to help me. The bank manager says they aren't going to do anything and won't admit that it was their fault. Any ideas?
