How many credits cards you carry? I like to have a VISA credit card since it's accepted to almost anywhere. I like to have an American Express too since I always buy at Costco in bundles and it will give me cashback every year. Do you think it's too much?

This is for commercial and residentail real estate. Renters can buy real estate. People with bad credit can buy real estate with little or no money down with me. People in chapter 13 bankruptcy can refinance out of it. People one day out of Chapter 7 bankruptcy can refinance or purchase real estate. I offer 100% financing on construction loans! I have loan programs for bad credit where the credit scores are ignored.

Commercial mortgages to 90% and working capital and closings added to that for a 93% commercial loan. These loans are based on the value of the collateral, credit, cash flow and resume of the borrower.

We have a small office (just 3) I do not expect the boss who signs my check to clean the bathroom, but the other emplyee just will not help out with the bathroom work... I've even mentioned"Chip, your next to clean the bathroom" but still a week goes by & I end up cleaning it again.. I'm so fed up with his laziness. I thought a check sheet or sign log might help... any suggestions..

I rec'd this letter & it sounds legit. I even see how it could work. But I'm leary. If it doesn't work then I'm out maybe $50 plus the disappointment. If it does work I could have thousands in my pocket. Is it worth the risk?

Sometimes she's the COOLEST person in the world - we laugh and joke around...but she can turn on a dime at ANY second and be super-serious and sometimes really bitchy. I know she's my boss and I'm there to work for her, but she makes it difficult because sometimes she acts as if she's my friend (I know that's not a good thing). I'm walking on eggshells when I come into work every day because I don't know what kind of mood she's in. If I hear her laugh when I first get in I feel relieved. I feel like my mood/stress level is affected by what mood she's in. I even had to pop a xanax yesterday - how do I make this not affect me so much? It's exhausting!!
