I did my own trademark application quite a while back, and it has just been ofically accepted.

However, in the USPTO search, under the subheading "Transformed into a National Application", it shows NO.

What does this mean, and is it something that I need to follow up with? Thanks.

i figured a gas card was a good way to go but I tried applying for one at Kwik Star/Trip but they turned me down for having no credit. I really don't want to have to get a credit card, what else can I do?

What is going to happen to us?!! Are they going to leave us alone - Is it wise to just leave at this – we have tried to contact the creditors to explain but no use. We have been asking for financial help but no one wants to guide us, the minute they find out we have no minimum payment to make. My family and I are going through extreme hardship (unable to disclose details). And we absolutely cannot do anything anytime soon. What about these debts!! we love to pay them of but our hands are so tight. If we don’t file for chapter 13.. what else can we do? and if, so what is it they going to do to us? I've been giving a lot of thought to starting my own home health care agency. I've been a home health care aid and a nurse aid as well as a medical assistant. When I was a corpsman in the Navy, my plan was to continue with nursing school, but I got injured, and as a result became disabled. I'm still interested in working in healthcare, and I enjoy spending time with the elderly. Anyone know where I could start researching ways to start my own home health care agency/nursing agency?

My wife and I bought our first house in september of last year at that time we paid 174K the valation according to the State of Maryland was only 86K. State of Maryland values it's properties every 3 years. On janurary of 06 I got a reassessed valuation for the house at 152K. What does this actually mean does it mean I paid too much. How can I get my actually sell price based on this. How do they calculate this. I looked at other houses in the area and found them to be close to this new assessment.
