They are saying I have to pay 150 each phone because I got a 2nd line in Jan it extended my contract. Is that leagal.. I didnt sign anything.

if you did it over the phone then thats a confirmation that you "signed it" same with the internet. if you did it at a store, I am sure its legal even if you did it in a store. I know with cingular when you add a line each phone is still on a seperate contract so when one phone plan is up you can switch without a fee, but the other phone is still under contract still. you should have asked about that with sprint before adding a line, but I am sure its legal.

Yes you did sign something. When you bought the 2nd line, they mentioned about the "agreement". This agreement states that you agree to stay with Sprint or pay a fee. Believe me, they are very cunning and sly to get you to sign this.
However, you do NOT have to sign this. It is NOT mandatory.
Sorry, can't leave until the end of the agreement if you don't want to pay.

You really can't switch without paying it's just how the contract is I believe.
