Hello,
As a potential first time homebuyer, I have heard there are a lot of deals/breaks/programs out there, but don't know where to go. Any information from any source(s) would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!

Like between 9 & 11 or 12 & 2 that way people wouldn't waste days and get annoyed waiting for something that never turns up.

My daughter has a car loan in her name, and 1 credit card (no balance). Can I sell the house to her, even though I will be making the payments behind the scenes?

She has no income, since she is a college student. Are there laons she could get with no income documentation?

The seller has their own agent and I have one to represent one. She told me, after talking with their agent, that he would split his comission only if we agreed to pay the original asking price?? I'm confused.. Does that mean I have to pay for the realtor's commission that we are using? I thought seller's did that? Please help.

What's a good way to predict short term swings in the market? I'm fed up with individual stocks... so many sec investigations, downgrades, earnings misses etc. keep killing my stocks. I thought if I could make just 2-3 % but do it enough times I might be better off (I have enough long term buy-and-hold funds already). i'm talking about buying the spy or other etf's for the short term.....

Further information: Landlord asked us to HELP find a new tenant to move in when our lease expires. She said she'd rather do it that way because we have a dog, who cannot be in the apartment when people come to see it because of the biting risk.

Now she's claiming that we accepted FULL responsibility to find a new tenant, that she did it this way to help us. We thought we were doing HER a favor, not the other way around.

She claims that if we do not find a tenant, we will have to pay rent until someone moves in.

Before this, she agreed to extend our lease (originally ending this Friday, June 30th) through August 15, because that's when our next place is available. Now she is saying that she will not honor that if we do not agree to take FULL responsibility to find a new tenant. Can she do this? We live in Virginia. Printable resources are of the utmost importance. Thanks for your help.
