Yes, but any party that is recording audio of any conversation has to inform the other that they are being recorded. You don't have to agree to be recorded but unfortunately the company can discipline as they see fit.

You need a signed or before the recording record that you are accepting to record it. If a recording is made its illegal and its a privacy issue.

I guess you could tape record it, but I don't see how this will help anything. If you supervisor has any experience at all, they will have documented, documented, documented and HR will be notified.

legally it can be done as long as the other person is told " their conversation MAY be recorded "....otherwise it wont hold up in court ..might i suggest you record " the above "

Yes. If you said "bite me" they can't put you in court though because its civil not criminal.
