I am desparatly trying to buy a house so my chlid and I do not have to bounce around anymore but ex had a field day on my credit (bad choice on my part) I am low income and live about 3 miles from a great 2 bdrm home with no money to speak of. I am at the end of my emotional rope and need some leads to get the help for a loan of some srt to get us on our feet PLEASE !!??

I want to get a house before I get out so I don't have to rent an apartment, but I can't get approved for a regular home loan because the banks can tell I'm getting out, and I can't get a job until I get to my new location. I don't want to get stuck in a 6-month rental contract over this crap.

Tomorrow i have a second jod interview for a job that without sounding arrogant, I would be very surprised if they did not offer me the position. Howver later in the week I have another second interview and psychometric testing for a job I REALLY want. So just say they offer me the job tomorrow how do I stall them without annoying them...as there is a good chance i won't get the job I want and so would be glad to accept the first job... I don't want them to think that they are my second choice.

Have you ever written a suggestion and signed someone elses name at your work place? If so, what was the suggestion :) Recently I felt like being devious, and suggested "tube top tuesdays" and signed it by one of my co-workers whom the majority of the office feel is a bit "off".
