I am desparatly trying to buy a house so my chlid and I do not have to bounce around anymore but ex had a field day on my credit (bad choice on my part) I am low income and live about 3 miles from a great 2 bdrm home with no money to speak of. I am at the end of my emotional rope and need some leads to get the help for a loan of some srt to get us on our feet PLEASE !!??

I just sold a home to a family with weak credit and no down payment under this program. I also have two friends who bought homes using the program. Both were of very modest means and had weak credit. Any agent worth their salt knows all about the program. If yours doesn't, find one who does or point them at the URL above.

Try fannie may foundation , nehamia, or ask at your local church There are programs out ther for 1st time home buyers, as well as those who specialize in poor credit and no money down offers. Check with the better business bureau before committing with any of them. Also, "houses for humanity' may help.
