most certainly, many companies have parking with tags on it means reseerved for certain ppl or you are assing specific parking spots. If my chance if you miss the spot and mistakenly park anywhere else as per the policy or if they have signs in parking lot they can fine you.

only if there is a sign saying that you cant park there or a fine will be imposed, it must also state how much the fine is. If he uses a company to enforce this the sign must also name the company.

They can charge you for parking and they can only take money from your wages with your permission. If you park and refuse to pay then they must take legal action if they wish to recover the money.
