what do you mean when you say that the woman has a problem? like physical problem? is the women disabled? or does she just need some advise with a personal problem?
well in this case, the next thing to do is talk to this man who is not giving any help. ask him why he wont help.
if the man wont help then that means he does not care for that woman. so the woman should go and find another man who cares for her and will help her in any way.
so how old are you? if your young and want someone to be with for a long time, its too early to look. wait until you are older and understand men.

What you are looking for does not exist. This is the age of Women's Lib. Women have spent so much time telling men to stop helping, that men don't feel they should help anymore. You need to be responsible for yourself. Don't expect anyone else to do it for you. If you expect a man to take care of you, you will only get let down and hurt. You need to stand on your own, because you will not let yourself down.
