I just had a job interview for an IT position at one of the schools in my county. I know it is a good idea to send the interviewer a thank you letter. What should I say in my letter?

Thank you for meeting with me. I enjoyed meeting with you and talking about blah blah. The job sounds exciting because blah blah, and I'm very excited you are considering me for this position.
Please let me know if you have any more questions for me. I look forward to hearing from you.

Be sincere. Thank them for their time and consideration. Tell them what made an impression on them in the interview, and remind them why you would be a good candidate.

Good Luck!
