I want to incorporate as an LLC, but my partner lives in Malaysia. I'm not sure how his income will be reported. I think that he wouldn't have to pay US income tax. Can anyone make any comments on this scenario?

My employer announced a merger with another company in June of 2005. I was told by HR and our management that our department would be eliminated with the merger, we would get our 60 day notice and terminated employees would receive a severance package that would total no less than X. The 60 day notice date has changed several times now. We were first told that we would be let go in March 2006 but yesterday we were told that we now be here until March 2007. My co-workers and I feel that we have put our careers and lives on hold for empty promises. We can we do to protect ourselves and make sure that we are not getting a raw deal somewhere down the line? We have not signed any severance agreements at this point.

I keep seeing this sign (kind of whereever i go) for some Property investor who is seeking an apprentice. Im doing my own SEO for my website I have registered my site and its now indexed on all 3 major search engines MSN, Yahoo & Google & Dmoz. MSN indexed me first and on an otpimatization program shows I have over a 100 links to the website. Yahoo has registered 32 links and Google is at 0. I have a good meta tag setting for Title, Keywords and Discription all at 90% why is it only MSN is giving me a good ranking and why want Yahoo & Google recognised my links like MSN does. Has anyone else experienced this and can you tell me how you were able to fix it so Yahoo & Google both recognised your links so your website could start getting ranked.
