I am establish a retail business in FL, not sure which carriers I should choose, most of my shippment will be 80% ground; 20% air.
Which is the cheapest at rate?

I use DHL for imports, Bax Global for shipping overseas and for around the us if under 50#'s USPS over 50#'s USP

Check out fed Ex Ground and UPS for gound and they have they same prices. Its all about the discount you will get from them.

Fed Ex is the best for Air.

fedex is really getting into the less than truckload game, Dhl is bad about contracting thier work to other contractors.

It's going to vary by where the package is going. Don't rule out USPS, we've had very good luck with the postal service.

We use UPS at work and love it. I don't think the rates are bad at all.
