You could try this:
Say 'Boss, what would you do if I called you an ******.?
He'll probably say 'I'd fire you.'
So you say 'Boss what would you do if I thought you were an *******'
He'd probably reply that he 'can't do anything about your thoughts.'
Which leaves you free to say 'Boss I think you're an ******!'
Hee Hee!

First, make sure you are in a state that allows audio-taping conversations. Id est, in Kansas you can tape a conversation as long as one person knows they are being recorded. It doesn't matter if the other knows or not, the tape is still a legal representation of the conversation.
Next (with tape recording), tell him in private that you don't think he understands the needs of his workers and that you'd be willing to help him understand these things if he has the time.
When he tries to fire you, pull out the tape, go to his boss (or a lawyer).
After he gets fired for creating a liability for the company, call his home number. Ask to verify that it's him and not his brother-in-law that he's now living with. Say "Thanks Asshole, I just got promoted to your job." Whether it's true or not is irrelevant.
Let me know how this works out. I've been plotting it for awhile now.

You don't. Stick with facts when you communicate with your management. Emotions do not belong in business.
If they are doing something unethical or treating you poorly, find a new job and quit.
Don't ever quit a job without having a job to go to.

You know, sometimes, the boss already KNOWS he's an asshole. Most of the ones who are don't NEED to be told.
And, it's important to decide what you want to accomplish. If you're looking to get fired, go for it. If you think he needs the information, see paragraph one, above. If you just want to be nasty to him, don't.

Get another job. After enough people do that he might just figure out HE's the problem.
