I had a job interview today, and he asked me what my strenghts were and what my weekness was. how do you answer that without sounding bad. You not going to say I am very unorganized. I totally had no idea what to say, I haven't interviewed in a long time, what should I have said?

I am going to open a Shoe shop. I will highly oblige if any one can suggest me a name for it. I am planning to put Gents shoe in the Beginning. but later on i may put Ladies shoes too.My shop size is big enough to keep clothes too. But at present i will concetrate on gents shoe only. I have been looking for a job in my small SW Missouri town for about 3 years now. The problem is that I am a stay at home mom with no work experience and 8 years of college. All of the jobs around here want experience and the ones that don't, want an actual degree. I have some Business Administration and Criminal Justice, as well as 2 years of Forensic Science. When I apply at places like McDonald's or Taco Bell, I am told that I am "overqualified while being unexperienced." I would really like a job to prove myself in the workforce. So, employers, what do I do to get your attention and make you hire someone like me?

I was the shipping/recieving manager, was forced into taking the job 1 year ago or "There probably isn't anything else here for you".
Was told at time of firing that it was in my job description to have a "Clean License", yet the employee handbook said that I was to recieve a job description upon hiring for the position. Never happened...What's my rights??????

Now they have cut off my unemployment saying that "I quit my job without good cause." " That by losing my license was tatamount to voluntary leaving of the job because I could not fulfill all the responsibilities of my position." What is going on here??????

i work in subway sandwichs &salads... and i smile to my employees , train them as well as i can be, i explain the cos` of that we have to take care with the products , i give them a gift sandwich or a cookie , ....but they get angry with me when i want to they work a little hard becos`the needs of the store , or when i get angry cos`the waste products... instead of try to get them better than they are.

I Have a lady friend staying with me because she was evicted,, she was a property manager for seventeen years on the same job.The owner sold this property and told her he would pay for her to relocate and give her five thousand dollars, at close of escrow. He did not and all the tenants had to leave, and he "evicted her" HAD POLICE ESCORD HER OFF PROPERTY,,, and refused to give her any money,,, not a dime. She has all the documentation on paper of what he was going to do and she also has a copy of the recorded date that the property transfered owners, can she stand a chance in court or small claims court to get compensation,,, she is 67 years old and has a van she is sleeping in with three dogs parked in my driveway,,i do not know what to do too help her,

On my credit report there is a car that was repoed and I know after so long it should be taken off. However, for the past couple of years it says "write off" next to it. Meaning, they finally got the paper work in order that says I didn't have to pay them off. Anyway, my question is what is the point of putting it on as a "write off" Why is it listed at all? Should it be?

We moved into an apartment 9 months ago and one of the doors on the kitchen cabinets was missing and the landlord promised to fix it. It's been 9 months and she still hasn't fixed it. I asked for screens on two windows that are still not there. She doesn't come to the property. The rent checks are mailed to her home address every month. How can I make her do the repairs?
