well an associates degree isn't all that good, look into going for the full BS

as for the job, just go to every large company and apply for a job, you might not start with the kind of job you like but always keep looking, good luck

Unfortunately, the majority of companies out there nowadays will require a person to have a full 4-yr. Bachelor's degree, at the very least. An Associate's in Science is just another way of saying to these companies that you can only do menial tasks that're similar to what a person with no degree can do, AND they can pay those non-degreed less than an Associate's worker. So, these companies will rather hire those with no degrees instead. Unfortunately also, an Associate's degree is viewed as something in the middle, and in the job market, this is just not good enough to cut it. So, if you want a serious job in a corporate setting, say, please consider going back to school and try to get your full Bachelor's degree. Best of luck to you. (i know exactly how you feel, trust me).

I am having the same trouble. I also have an associate degree in business and have been graduated for a year now and haven't found a job in my field. So I just got a job in a bank so that maybe that will help me out. Is there a bank or somewhere that you could try for a job?

Associate of science in business, does that mean you took general business classes? Accounting, marketing, business law, economics? You should be able to be helpful in a lot of fields, just start in an entry level spot and you should gain experience and be able to get promoted. (Other people who don't have your degree could get the entry level job but wouldn't be promoted.)

How you present yourself may be having some effect on your applications. Get in the habit of spelling correctly just as you would dress nicely for a job interview.

I been a graphic artist/technical illustrator for 17 years working for some major companies. I now drive a garbage truck. I'm glad I have no debts. Just rent, and utilities and food.

you can try nytimesjobmarket.com or careerbuilder.com and if you still don't find anything, try going to a job recruiter for more help. Also i do believe that the school you graduated from is supposed to help you find a job check out career services there.

Have you considered a work from home program? Be in business for yourself...Not by yourself:

There are many different work from home businesses that you can get into... Many offer a way to promote them on or off line.

I know our company can be done successfully either way (or using BOTH if you prefer) I love the versitility of it all. If you would like more details on what we do you may visit my site: http://learn2.momsmakemore.com

To help you in your search here is a little advice you should consider:

What should you look for in an "ideal" internet/home business?

- No or minimal start-up fees (Our business start-up is $29.00)
- A product or service you feel good about (Consumable products used in every home… safer, more effective, less expensive, things people use and need on a daily basis)
- A duplicable system (work FOR yourself- NOT BY yourself… we are a TEAM of individuals working to help others… “Enhancing the lives of those we touch by helping others reach their goals from Home!!!”
- Residual income (Residual Income PLUS bonuses for helping others!!!)
- Customizable web sites to promote your business (Free website for ALL Members)
- Free training and support (Free Company and TEAM Training… we will work with you to reach YOUR GOALS!!!)
- Free marketing materials and ideas (Our support team has 70 members who are there to help you every step of the way… Training and support from people who have been there and done that. Training provided via email, internet, or telephone)
- Company in business at least 18 months and in good standing with the Better Business Bureau (Inc 500 Company in business for over 20 years with over 700 Million in annual sales. As for the Better Business Bureau: “The Eastern Idaho and Western Wyoming division of the Better Business
Bureau recently presented Our Company AND CEO with its 2005 "Hall of Fame" award. This prestigious award honored Our Company for its example of ethics and integrity in
dealings with customers, employees, and the community. We have received many other Prestigious Awards.)

Sometimes, you can stand out in a field all day looking for something, and never spot it.

If you're smart, you go look in another field. Sometimes, you'll find exactly what you were looking for.

Good luck! - Stuart
