International Citizen - a person that is not a citizen to the country in question, but from somewhere else.

What do you mean "International Citizen". Would be nice if they made a passport like that ;)
Anyway, check with the US chamber of commerce in your country. They sponsor short term work visas.
There is also COUNCIL (just google it) that sponsors work, study or au pair visas for young adults and students.

Look into the Disneyworld internship program. They take people from all over the world and put them to work for the summer. And as an added bonus you get to ride the rides for free!
