It would not be fair to let her out of this duty as the chores are rotated between employees in making it more fair. She complains so loud customers can sometimes overhear her, I have asked her to tone down, but I cannot be there ALL the time. It upsets and bothers her fellow employees, Other than this chore, she basically likes her job as a whole, Do you think it is improper to duct tape her mouth shut that hour she performs that chore a couple days a week?
