Okay, im 16 yrs old, and i weigh 140 lbs, im 5'3 and so it makes me look chubbier than what i am.... i have just stopped drinking pop cuz people told me that helps a lot.. But, what else can i do? my b-day is April 1st and i want to lose 20 pounds before then, so i have a little under 3 months.... i want to tone my stomach and legs too... Please help me, what can i do? (im not that fat thats why i wanna lose it now before i do get fatter)
