I know that girls or women who have pear-shaped bodies, big a***s, and big thighs are considered "fine"(like girls in music videos) but i don't really posses any of these qualities, but i've had that term used to describe me, so what is actually the definition of being "fine'?

Beauty is in eye of the beholder. You'll be attractive to some and not so attractive to others. In other words, "fine" is defined by the seeker (there is no one definition). It seems to be true, though, that "brothers" prefer larger butts, BUT, in general, attractiveness has been defined throughout the world (only part of history class I remember) as having a ratio of waist size as compared to hip and bust size (generally smaller waist, larger or wider hip/bust). That part SEEMS to be universal. Once you start dividing into races, then you find the onesies, twosies (you know, the breast men, the leg men, etc.).

I think that is a matter of their personal opinion. They are saying they see a look or way of moving or expression that stirs an admiration or something in them.
I gotta' say...I've heard it said with such soul that I thought it should be recorded. And while in general I disapprove of judging by physical appearance (and by "fine" I think they mean more than that), it is so much nicer than, "WOW did you see the A__ on that chick?", "GEEEZZ look at the honkers on that babe!".....all of which should result in a short prison term that would enable the men to understand (from personal experience) how unpleasant it is to be treated like meat (excluding of course, those women and men who like that kind of thing)
You do know I'm kidding about that.
Italian and French men (many) have the same art, of being openly admiring without being insulting, while German and Dutch men simply seem to watch and smile a little and you have to watch carefully to see it.

Fine is when you look HOT.
You could be thin and look really good or you could be larger and just look really good that way (although that is more rare).
It's a visual thing. Do you ever think other girls look good? I can tell if a girl is hot....
Sometimes it's boobs but if a girl is ugly and has big boobs, that would not be fine....

"Fine" doesn't have a specific definition, it's all in the eye of the beholder. It's the same thing as hot, sexy, smoking, etc. Just know that it's a good thing, not bad.

not alweys big thighs that could be fat it means ur hot r u like 10 i think u would know if ur older esspecialy over 15 best regardes simply its means ur fine nice looking hot sexy any one of those.
and im white and say it but usualy black guys.
