I know everyone else is saying this but its most likely an infection/ a little bruising. Take your ring out and put it in a small bowl of rubbing alcohol. Put a small dab of rubbing alcohol on a wash cloth and dab it lightly around the belly button and work your way in to the infection. Do this 3 times daily. If the pain is unbearable go to a doctors office, have them diagnose you with antibiotics.

It could be a granuloma or a boil, since it does secrete fluids. Don't try to pop or squeeze it. It's not a zit and forcing the fluids to come out only irritates it and guarantees it will come back, and come back larger, next time around and will create scar tissue. The other thing that could be occurring would be migration or rejection. The only way to know with certainty is to go see your piercer. They can better tell you what's going and recommend a treatment method better than we can. ETA: Some people should not be so quick to point out how stupid answers are, when their answer is the one that is ill-informed and potentially bad advice. Keloids do not secrete fluids and are incredibly rare. Keloids also itch or are painful to the touch, which the person asking the question did not indicate such symptoms. That would be pretty dumb to waste money and time going to the dermatologist for something that is easily treatable at home that a professional piercer can diagnose. People are awfully quick to whip out the "keloid" diagnosis, when nine times out of ten a lump or bump is not a keloid. Keloids are rare. Seriously, none of us can diagnose people here. We can't examine the problem and we're not doctors, so all we can do is speculate.

dont worry about it unless the colors are really vibrant or it hurts a lot to touch. you need to go clean it very well asap though!! the yellow is like nasty crusty stuff and the purple is the beginnings of an infection. clean it well right now and twice a day and it will not get infected.

that doesnt sound liek a normal part of the healing process. it may be an infection. is there pain? hwat color is the discharge? i there rednessa round the area of the piercing? you shoudl NOT go to the doctor. rather than go back to the shop you got it pierced at and have them take a look at it! do the sea salt soaks for now and go visit the local pierce shop. or call them and see if they can take a look at it. a doctor will only tell you to take it out and that is eomthign you ARENT supposed to do!
EDIT!@
PLEASE! do not take out the ring! and NEVER USE rubbing alcohol or hydrogen peroxide it will only make the infection worse! these producats irritate, dry otu and kill the good bacteria and tissues and cause your piercing to take longer to heal! never use this! do the sea salt soaks again! this shoudl clear up any infection and increase the healing...

most likely it's infected, get that checked out.
for the mean time, take the piercing out and clean it with alcohol 3-4 times daily. make sure not to touch it too much, but only when cleaning. wash hands before and after you handle it.

It's infected with possible bruising.
I would go back to the piercer and get him/her to check it out. Maybe you aren't cleaning it thoroughly or enough, maybe you've knocked it, or the jewelry that's in your body isn't suited for your body. the list just goes on... but do go and get it checked out if you are really that concerned.

If it smells like Chestnuts, it's infected.. otherwise it's probably bruising.
