Living in the desert I have tried it all what I found that works for dry skin after shower don't completely dry off and apply baby oil on wet skin then dry off. After a few times your skin will look and feel smooth and not greasy,as for red bumps might try dabbing plain ole rubbing alcohol on them I get bumps like that sometimes kills any germs may sting just a little

K, the first thing - if u feel like u should see a dermatologist than go for it - 'cause they could pin point and really help.
I found a great way to moisturize the skin gently using vitamin E oil or avacado oil. Really helps and it's totally non-threatening.
Hope this helps :)

I really like the Bath and Body Works lotions (body creams). On my son I used Clinique's deep comfort body butter, it worked when nothing else would. Also I have put petroleum jelly on my elbows and knees. And I heard the salt water thing before. Oatmeal soak for for the tub, I think from Aveno. Good luck!

i also have very dry skin on my legs. i use a body exfoliant 3 times per week in the shower. it's called 'body polish'. leaves my legs silky smooth, i also use on the heels of my feet - works wonders. can be used on those dry elbows too. then when i get out the of the shower, i spritz on 'body dew' no more dry itchy legs. the body polish is awesome, it's all natural, no artificial anything in it. www.prtoylady.com then click on spa products.

hiya, i have really dry skin too.. i found when i went on holiday and went in the warm (got to be warm) sea it really helped clear up my ezema and improve my skin condition.. but lets face it goin on holiday is a bit expensive just to clear up your skin.. so if u get a bath and add some sea salt to it it has a similar effect :) and i think that creams and moisturizers are awful too cos they leave you all sticky and stuff! good luck x

sounds like you are having a reaction to detergent/fabric softener and too tight jeans.
no products other than wearing looser fitting trousers and a hypoallergenic detergent/softener are needed.
when you exfoliate make sure you do it in a circular motion toward the heart ('upswing'). it helps circulation and exfoliates better
for a great exfoliater try this:
mix salt or sugar with your favorite liquid cleanser and olive oil (only a few drops of oil)

tub and physique works has a set of stable dry pores and skin creams and face stuff. something of their spa line is stable for dry pores and skin, and there's a few moisturizing face creams and washes and stuff that they carry about. you may try that.
