I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
Get started today!

If i were you i would try and get involved in more sports so that ur whole body tones up more while your doing something that you enjoy doing. Also try not eating anything past 8 o clock because ur metabolosim slows down a lot wen its later at night since your not really doing anything. If none of this works then just do as many sit ups as yoou can per day and i bet that will make your belly fat dissapear in no time!:)Hope this helps!

I am kind of similar to you--no matter what I do, I still have that extra flab on my belly...the only thing that EVER gave me a flat stomach was doing yoga. I followed the whole routine in Bikrams Yoga for Beginners (Its a book) and in maybe 2 weeks, my stomach was toned and flat--it was totally crazy! I got comfortable though, and stopped excercising, and now its back...
argh--dont do that!
Also--drink a lot of water. That helped me too.

I hate to say it, but you're dispositioned to carry extra fat in your abdominal area. The only thing you can do about it is lose weight. Try walking/jogging 3-5 miles 3 or 4 days a week. You shouldn't have to lose more than 5-10 lbs to obtain a smaller waistline.

you're probly gonna hate this answer, but you're only a year younger than me with pretty much the same body. i've been this height/weight for 6 years now and my advice is to just accept yourself. you can't have an extraordinary amount of fat at those ht/wt levels, and if you're doing as much exercise as you claim, you can't look that bad. but know this: the human body knows what weight is healthiest for itself, and as long as you maintain healthy habits your body will maintain that weight. so unless you wanna go anorexic i suggest you be happy with what nature gave you.

If your dieting, you should only eat fruit sparingly because it is loaded with lots of natural sugar.
