No, but both are caused by high levels of testosterone, so whether you're male or female, if you've got facial acne, you can expect to have facial hair.
Both males and females with acne should seriously consider shaving with a men's-type electric razor as it reduces drastically the level of irritation that any other method of hair removal causes.

If you are male it can worsen the acne. In girls acne and hairy face might have the same cause (ovarian cysts)

Depends if you shave or not. When shaving, you need to change out the blades frequently. Normally, you shave with hot water, which opens up the pores of your skin. Old razors will harbor bacteria which can infest those open pores leading to acne.
Hope that helps!

Well, I don't think it would do it any good, cause that would hold oil and moisture in it, and keep it on the skin, which could really aggrivate and irritate, I would think.
If you shave, be very careful or see a dermatologist, so that you don't scar you're face.

It depends how your face takes it. Your face may be allergic to your hair or maybe you just have acne from genetics.
