i noticed at 37 i will have a couple of chin hair growing that i pluck and they are getting worse! isnt that too much testosterone in me?would estrogen reverse that?please help! serious answers, its kinda embarrasing

My bf pointed out that I have this habit of always wiggling my toes or not keeping my foot/leg still...Its like my toes are always wiggling, or foot/leg is always shaking....Anybody else notice you do this...or am i wierd? ...lol...I think its just a habit..

my lips peel alot because my skin is dry(ish) how can i moisturise them in a permanent way that will leave them moisturised throughout the day because when i apply petrolium or wotever it drys and i end up licking my lips...help!

I'm a married white male late 40's and I'm a fat obese slob. I try to look good for myself my wife, my gf and to no avail here I sit and ponder life and pile on the pounds. My wife says I look fat, my gf says I look grotesque and yet I ignore them stuffing German chocolate cake and kettle potato chips down my throat washing them all down with 64 oz sodas.

C’mon someone help a poor old white trash out of shape bone head out huh? Oh and I’m in debt up to my eyeballs.

well im actually tryin not to get a tan,cuz im slightly dark already,but what time of day is best to go outside for like 30 min wihtout it changeing your skin color at all?and if you repeadly go in your house for like 10 min then go outside again for 30 min,will this make your skin any darker as well?

if she drinks lots of water everyday tones everyday for half an hr on 3 days and an hr to an a hr and a half 4 days plus walks 3x a week and dances 3x a week
