Cool Compresses
Here's some simple remedies you can use right at home. For cool compresses to reduce the puffiness underneath your eyes, you can use tea bags, potato slices or the old standby, cucumber slices. For a quick fix, try placing two spoons in the freezer for 10-15 minutes and position them over your eyes while you relax.

Use Concealer
A concealer can do wonders to hide dark circles or puffiness under your eyes. Choose a color that is just one shade lighter than your skin tone. If you go too light, you'll bring more attention to the problem area. Pat your concealer on first and blend it in so it looks natural. Then apply your foundation and set it with a light dusting of loose powder.

There are different types of under-eyes circles. some because of sleep, some because of lack of vitamins... and some are congenital and cannot get rid of.
Some creams are good at gettying rid of puffiness. keep them in the fridge for extra cooling effect.
Potatoes or cucombers rings used as mask.
used teabags - wet and cooled, of course!
lots of water are all other remedies...

Oh, yeah, and preparation H is also a royal remedy, I've also heard. It is a vase-constricting ointment, so it works also on eyes...

An old acting remedy is using a little Preperation H. I wouldn't recommend it everyday, but after a late night with an early morning, nothing works better.

Put tea bags in the fridge until they're cool and put them on your eyes until the tea bags get back to room temp but make sure the tea bags aren't decaf!

Vitamin E hon. Take two capsules every day with water. (unless you are taking other medication - check with your doctor first)...but it really helped me.

Mean time use Mabelline's "Everfresh" concealer to cover them up.
