There is no point just adding oestrogen. You need to actually reduce the amount of androgen in your blood stream. Just adding oestrogen may just cause a hormonal imbalance and could give you oestrogen dominence and all kinds of symptoms. I'd advise you to consult with your doctor and possible consider taking either Diane35 or Yasmin. Both are birth control pills which can help high levels of androgens. Obiously they contain oestrogen also, but with an anti-androgenic progesterone, they reduce the amount of androgens and balance out the hormones. HTH.

Join the club your aging. Damn I hate when that happens. Yes when women get older they lose some of their estrogen as men lose tetgestrone vise versa. SS can spell to well today. Anyways you can go to the doctors and get hormone replacement ( not real good for you, has been known to cause cancer ) or try some herbal remediesor just deal with it. You are probably getting ready to go thru menopause and don't let the doctors tell you your not. I was 39 and started my doctor said I wasent I was too young. You are probably just starting to go thru it so just pluck the hairs and no one will know. Hope this helps you out.......Flo

According to my doctor boyfriend, estrogen won't do anything but make you more likely to develop breast cancer, unless of course you're going through "the change." Talk to your doctor about your hormone concerns.

U WOULD NEED A REALLY HIGH DOSAGE FOR FACIAL HAIR TO STOP AND IT MIGHT BE HEREDITARY. TOO MUCH OF EITHER HORMONE WILL THROW YOU OUT OF WACK AND MAKE YOU ACT BI-POLAR. TRY LASER TREATMENTS INSTEAD.

You should talk to your doc about it.
