Sleep on a clean pillow case every few days, you can put tea tree oil on it at night, use the mint julep mask t wice a week. That really helps. Also make sure you exfoliate twice a week to get rid of dead skin cells. Make sure your clenser has acne medicine and most importantly drink plenty of water. That will help the most. I used to have problem skin, but now it is smooth and clear. I also put baking soda mixed with water on my face nad take a shower. it helps to exfoliate. That is what makes it baby soft. Good luck. What works for one person might not work for others.

1. Drink lots of water. Water helps keep your body moisturized and it will also help clear your skin and keep your lips moist.

2. For your lips try using something such as Carmex. It helps keep your lips moisturized throughout the day.

3. For your skin, I suggest that you go see a dermatologist. The dermatologist may be able to prescribe something that will help you with your skin. Sometimes over-the-counter products may not work.

But always drink lots of water and get plenty of sleep.

For your lips the best thing I have found is Vicks vapor rub at night, It keeps mine unchapped all day. And you wont lick your lips as much at night because you are asleep. Put it on just before you go to sleep.

The simple answer is to moisturise your body inside and out, which involves drinking at least 8 glasses of water per day, every day and applying some type of lip salve at least four times per day, most importantly at night before sleeping.

First of all, don't lick your lips, NO MATTER WHAT.
Just get Carmex, oh my god this stuff has worked wonders on my lips, I love t. Every time you want to lick your lips, just put that on instead.

And, every day in the shower, rub a washcloth gently against your lips to exfoliate and get rid of the dead skin.

Get some nice greasy lip rescue like Nivea and put it on as soon as you've dried your face in the morning to catch it. During your day, try not to touch or stroke your face with your hands - you're just spreading germs! Yak! Keep it simple and don't overload on products. Good luck x

Drink lots of water. It's the best skin cleansing agent around. Most people walk around dehydrated because all we drink is tea, coffee, and fizzy drinks which contain caffeine. Caffeine is a diuretic which means it dehydrates us. Drink at least 2 litres of water a day. And eat more fresh fruit and veg, that also helps the skin.
