its probably the very common fungus that manifests in a variety of ways including "sunspots" .... the doc can prescribe you somthing to get rid of the symptoms ... unfortunately if that is what it is there is no "cure" ... it will continue to manifest in various ways every now and then and you have to keep treating it .. but it will be with you for life ... usually once or twice a year it will reappear as a spot somewhere on ur foot .. or on ur back ... or somewhere else ...

If they are dry, and not filled with pus it is extra keratin called dry spots. You can use SARNA anti intch lotion sold at Walgreens. To get them to go away Head & shoulders dandriff shampoo can be used on those areas of your legs.
