An itchy nose means you are going to have company.

well, yes. but if it continues you might want to make sure it's not due to a certain medication. some pain medicines cause an itch. things that contain codeine. also if you are snorting things that could be irritating, or maybe you are having an allergic reaction to something. if the itch is extreme enough to ask about it and it's itching inside the nostril, do not keep putting your finger in the nose, that can cause unwanted bacteria and irritants also it can enlarge your nostril opening. wash out your nose, blow your nose out in a shower and if the itch continues you may want to visit your doctor. remember, my apologies if i am off track, but please do not do drugs, especially cocaine or heroin, even pain pills, anything that you have not consulted with your doctor...

Um... Why wouldn't you? Are you afraid that it will fall off, because I've scratched mine lots of times and it's fine. But I guess you need to do whatever makes you feel best.
