Just do work outs on your own. Run for about 20 minutes at first, then 30, then build up to more. Start with half or a whole mile. THne build up. Do push-ups, crunches, bicycles, lunges, and other exercises like those. Then you could try yoga or pilates to tone out your muscles. Bike for 20 minutes also. If you are able to swim, swimming laps are great. Make all your average day activities exercises. Take the steps, part out farther in parking lots, don't pay anybody to do your yardwork, rake your leaves yourself, and so on. Play recreational sports for about 15 minutes. Walk up and down your own stairs for 5 or ten minutes. As for eating eat a full breakfast, a smaller portion of lunch(about 1/2 or 3/4 of your normal lunch, and about 1/2 or 3/4 of your dinner. Don't snack unless it's very much needed. When you think your hungry try drinking water and wait some time and then see if your still hungry. Often dehydration gets confused with hunger. Here's an example plan:
Breakfast-1 slice of raisin/cinnamon toast, yogurt, and 1/4 or 1/2 a cup of fry cereal-try special k or something similar.
Lunch-Small salad with only a little bit of light dressing. Side of crackers.
Snack-If needed an apple or banana.
Dinner-Half a plate of spaghetti and slice of bread.
No dessert unless it's your off day
You can take one day every 1 or 2 weeks to go ff your diet, or you'll go nuts. But not too much eating whatever, still stay reasonable. Stop eating when your not hungy, not when you stuffed. I wrote a lot, but it's because I often ask similar questions and want to help you. Good luck!

Start off by adding more fruits and veggies to your diet. Don't let your calories drop below 1800 or your body will think it's starving and will start to conserve calories causing weight gain at lower caloric levels.
Replace carbonated and sugary beverages with water. The colder the better. You'll burn more calories while your body tries to warm the water up once it's consumed.
As long as you don't have any ulsers or other stomach problems, using spices will boost your metabolic rate. Adding as little as a drop of hot sauce is enough to help.
Avoid crash dieting. That leads to what is known as yo-yo dieting. IE: You lose 10lb,, then gain back 15, lose the 15lbs but gain back 20. Thats how some of the fattest people out there become even fatter.
If you can't hit the gym, try walking. Walking not only burns calories, but it boosts your metabolosm for hours afterward. It's also easy on the joints.
Avoid over the counter drugs. They don't work and they'll dehydrate you fast!

There is no quick way to lose weight. At least not the right way. Start out slow. Change your eating habits...Allow more fruit and veggies in your diet. When you eat out...pick something healthier (ex. salads or grilled meat) You can workout at home by doing sit ups, crunches, lunges, ext. You can find numerous websites that have at home workouts for you to do. Just take 30 mins out of your day and do just a few. You'll start to see results in a couple of weeks. Don't get discurraged if you don't see results quickly. It does take a little time and it is worth it. I did this and in 3 months i've lost 35 lbs. Just stick to it. :) Hope this helps.

eat healthy, lots of fruits and veggies, drink water, if you just HAVE to have something sweet, cut a hershey's kiss in half and then eat it, a half at a time, it makes you feel like there is more. after that just get out. Go for a walk in the morning, or at night. If you have a dog, use this as an opputunity to improve both you and your dogs health. Good Luck

Eat 5 oz. of cottage cheese with fruit for supper and that's it nothing else. Cottage cheese contains lots of protein that your body needs. Prevents you from losing muscle while dieting.
Get a stepper too. You have to do some kind exercising, even if its just walking.

DO NOT WRAP YOUR BODY IN PLASTIC WRAP! That disallows your body to sweat and you'll become ill if not die from toxicity!
Portion control is very imporant. Avoid sodium (salt) as it tends to hold water within the body, eat less refined carbs, breads etc.(DO NOT elliminate them as you need them for energy to function proporely). Speed walking anywhere you have to go is helpful as well as running stairs. LOTS of fruit and veggies (some of them are carbs as well yes, but GOOD ones). And drink AT LEAST 8 glasses of water a day.

gnc general nutrition centers, they have a pill called super colon cleanse. it makes you go to the bathroom, or move your bowels several times a day, but it works. i lost 22 pounds in 3 mos, and have kept it off, i also changed my diet, no beef or pork. i only eat fresh fruits and vegetables, tuna, any kind of fish, lot of chicken. no fried foods. surprisingly, i don't even miss eating the junk food. it is important to stay hydrated while taking theese pills. drink lots of water. i also gave up soda, coca cola, pepsi, etc.
