Why is this such a big issue in the states. The US should be more like us Europeans. You aren't allowed to sunabthe topless in US (mostly) & American lads go crazy when they see us Europeans sunabthing over here. Also people in the states associate it with sex......you are so prudish/puritanical/. And some people are even bothered about kids seeing....my god its a human body for hells sake

Sooo does how thin a girl look really matter? I'm not talking like overweight versus underweight. I'm asking healthy. If a girl looks healthy does it matter that she doesn't have a flat stomach? And when they are really skinny, do they have to have a six pack? or is that little pouch okay? Do girls worry more about how they look than you guys worry about how they look?

what is an effective way to jog/run if it has been years since you have ran. i have never been a runner, it always hurts my side and chest. but i am really committed to loosing 20 lbs and getting in better shape in 2 months! Can i start of with a light jog, til i can't run anymore, and then just increase this lil by lil?
