What makes the skin rough is a lack of moisture or too much friction. Protect your hands with gloves, and wear clothing that doesn't expose skin to mats, bars, or whatever you are using. After showers, use a heavy moisturizer if you find your skin is less than silky. Drink plenty of water, stay away from salty drinks like sodas.
Many female bodybuilders have skin that's as smooth as any other woman's. They take care of themselves on the inside and the outside.

No, quite the opposite actually. Exercise increases the blood flow to your skin, which carries vital oxygen and nutrients, so if anything it will make your skin smoother, more glowing and healthier. HTH : )

Maybe on your hands (not using gloves) the grip on the bars can cause some callouses etc.

Other than that excercising will probably increase elasticity and appearance of your skin.

no it doesn't. it can make you dry out if you don't moisturise though.
