Pimple mark as in a scar after your pimple? Or a current pimple? If it's a pimple, the fastest time I know to get rid of it (for the day, it might come back tomorrow!) is put ice on it to reduce the swelling, and a slice of potato on it to reduce reddening. Cover up what's left with make up. If its a pimple scar I cant help you there because my zits dont make marks :(

Scars won't just go away.. I have used mederma and all those products and they are not that efficient.. To get rid of scarring.. you need to go to dermatologist and get dermabrasion (or buy the otc neautrogena dermabrasion kit) or light surgerical procedures sometimes called "punch" incisions...they are kinda costly...but if you wanan just cover them up try using dermablend or revlon colorstay foundation it works great...
