dear Girl,

do not worry and learn to ignore all those jokes about airport runway, hey are you a guy, etc

1) good for you to be concern at this age as it has a lot of potential to grow.
2) all girls wants to have nice figures so as to give themselves the self confidence. I would tends to disagree with those whom claim that looks is not important. In our society today, looks do place a certain degree of success. Generally from my experience, I have always find that woman with sumptions figure along with good looks can almost get away with anything. their bosses tends to look away and are more forgiving.

3) Look our for a free trial with slim fit (but be very very sure that you are not going to pay) and let them do the examination and in the free trial, they will also do the massage for you with the hands while they are explaning to you how to grow,

4) then when the trial is over comes home and make sure that you massage it for 10 minutes everyday when you bath. You should be able to grow approximately 1 cup size.

Do not worry, you do not really need those special medication that they claim, your body is young and virile and therefore it would grow and response to you.

Another thing is you must understand that to grow your breast, you must also starts to put on weight first. that is why some actress give up and go under the knife.

when you put on weight, the last part of your body to gain mass would be your breast. But with the massage, it should help. You see, when you massage, you are actually massaging the milk glands.

during this period, also try to loose your bra a lttle so that it would have space to grow.

eat tampae and lots of milk too will also help.

Once it grows to one to 2 cup size, it should stop and when you gets pregnant, it would grow again. after the pregnancy and when you want to stop the milk from flowing and takes the medication, it would slim the breast by 1 - 2 cup size

have a breast of time

You do not need help with your breats. They are fine. If you want to make them more noticable, wear the push up bras already stated. Do not go for implants. If you ever begin birth control pills or become pregnant, they will most likely enlarge. Your husband will adore you just as you are. Enjoy what you have. There are people out there with back problems because they are too large. Work with it. That is not so bad at all.

I know what u mean. I didn't like my boobs when I first got 'em...and now they've shrunk a size, so I'm sad. But it was not until I stared at myself in the mirror and imagined myself w/o boobs, that I relized I'd look weird...and wheather I like them or not...they add to the attractiveness of my body. I'm not trying to be gross, just objective. My cousin was flat too...but she found herself a great guy, and married him...three years afterward, she had a baby...and they filled out a little more, i think she went up a cup size and stayed that way. I heard excersize can make them bigger...work those chest muscles out!

How much do you weigh? I was in the same situation. But I was WAY too thin. So I gained 20 lbs, and 2 cup sizes. I didn't have to get fat, just more curves.

Some people swear by Breast Plus tablets but the most they grow is a cup size to a cup and a half. For others it did not work.

There are little skin colored inserts you can buy to put in your bra. They look and feel real. They are soft and rubber-like.Wish I could remember the names of those two Englich women who are on Oprah all the time with the make-overs, they recommend them. They have a show on dish network. I wonder if someplace like Victoria's secret sells them. They add volume, and kinda push boobs to the center and create cleavage.

Short of getting implants, you can try a water bra. They can do wonders! But please realise that being flat can be a blessing - button up shirts will never gape, you can wear those really low cut tops without worrying about accidently flopping out, you don't need to wear a bra and running/dancing is alot less painful! :)

have kids! haha. no seriously. i have been with a 'big boob loving man' for over 5 yrs now and I've been an 'a' the whole time. just wear a good fitting bra, you don't need a padded bra, and play up your other great features your comfortable with. you don't want a guy who doesn't accept you for who you are. and ive heard from all my guy friends, as long as you have something to play with it really doesnt matter!

honestly i know that sometimes sex does help them grow. i am not sure why but i know that it is true. you could try a pill but honestly i dont think that they work. i really think if you want natraul looking boobs you would want to start with something like a water bra from victorias secret. and use that while trying some pills. if you go to your family doctor, they will know what is right for you.
