Most people seem to think feet are the ugliest part of the body, what about faces? I saw a woman with a face like a bag of adders.

Without a doubt, that old pancreas is the winner, hands-down. To see a human pancreas on a plate is to see true ugliness. Not a nice organ to look at at all! Smal intestines are better-looking! There are plum-wore-out livers that are handsomer than the best-looking pancreas!

Elbows and knees.
It's harder to keep them perfectly in shape since the two area are joints. You lean on them, kneel on them, rest on them, and in general, are very hard on those two areas. Lots of lotion and plenty of water can only do so much. Especially when the area looks like there is excess skin. Baggy wrinkled skin is not sexy or attractive.

I would think that it would depend on the person, same as the prettiest part.

I can't stand feet mostly, especially if they are all ashy, dry, and eeecch. Occasionally ears irritate me.
