post an ad on criags list... say what kind of friend u want. OR
if i were u i would either go back to school or get a job. There are a lot of people there u can meet. Or you can go to raves... my friend always goes to raves and ends up meeting new people all the time. OR join a club. That helps. If you like sports.. join a sports team.

Maybe you need to get a job or stand on the street corner and meet new people.... why don't you go see your friends at work so they can get fired and then you will have someone to hang out with. :)
