Sooo does how thin a girl look really matter? I'm not talking like overweight versus underweight. I'm asking healthy. If a girl looks healthy does it matter that she doesn't have a flat stomach? And when they are really skinny, do they have to have a six pack? or is that little pouch okay? Do girls worry more about how they look than you guys worry about how they look?

Girls who are too skinny are unatractive to me, I always feel like I'm going to break them. Having a little pooch is great! It usually means their boobs are bigger and softer, which is a great thing. It usually means they have a nice plump butt, which is also a great thing. I really feel bad that so many girls have such a negative self image when they have a few extra pounds. I for one find both athletic (six pack), and girls with curves highly attractive, whats even better is when they have a great personality too.

I think you'll get a whole range of answers here but to be honest most guys including me tend to dislike a really hard flat stomach. So, in your words, yes that little pouch is okay :-)
As for your other question - no I don't think girls worry any more than guys do about our looks. It's just that generally speaking you can be bothered to do something about it!

a little pouch is sexy....healthy is good, doesn't matter if ou have a flat stomach or not....but healthy is good
