Seems unlikely. If you're starting a diet, I believe you can lose up to 10-15 lbs. Unfortunately, most of that weight is water loss. mm.. but let's take the time to figure it out:
3500 (calories in 1 lbs) x 20 = 70,000 calories
70,000 / 10 = 7,000 calories a day requirement
That's a lot of cardio exercising. But, if you take in the water loss into account then it should be more like: 4500 calories a day to burn.
You would have to fast for 10 days and be able to cardio for atleast 2 1/2 hours a day to be able to lose that much.
Liposuction would be an alternative.

Yes, try fasting. Since I'm an atheist I don't believe in the whole 'fasting for religion' thing. But I knew a guy who recently decided to fast for 40 days straight, drinking nothing but water and pure (no sugar added) fruit juice. He dropped tons of weight. And when I say tons I mena like 60 some pounds. But I can't imagine how unpleasent it was. Easiest thing is cut carbs and do cardio like crazy. I dropped an easy 15 lbs in two weeks. But, the instant you have a carb it will all come flying back.

You can, but it is unlikely you would be able to maintain the weight loss, and you would likely not enjoy the experience.
Most experts believe that healthy weight loss will be, at best, 1-2 pounds a week.
That said, if you improve muscle mass and tone, you will achieve many of the same appearance goals as weight loss.

The likely hood even if you do stop eating or start throwing up or what ever your think you can do to loose it, it probably wont work. it's way to hard on your body and could cause you to become very sick. so try a safe diet. and start walking just drink water, no soda's believe it or not you will drop a lot a weight fast by not drinking soda. and be care full. if your going to work out then do lots of Arabic's. Don't use heavy weights. weight's will add pounds because you will then be gaining muscle mass. just use light weights with more reps. good luck and remember don't do anything that could harm your body.

There is no possible way except for surgery like liposuction. And depends on the current weight, if you do loose this much weight that fast, you'd go into cardiac arrest. I knew of a guy that lost a ton of weight really fast because he was sick, and he died a few month afterwards because the heart couldn't handle the sudden change. That's why they always advice you to lose weight slowly but steadily.

It´s very risky for your health. Eliminating all the carbohidrates from your meals, when your organism eliminates all of them start to burn grease in a 48 hrs period of time. Drink a lot of water because this is going to have a big impact in your kidneys, there are side effects and can affect your heart. Read the most famous book about this type of diet was written by Dr. Atkins.

It's possible, but very unhealthy and you'll probably just gain the weight right back. Fad diets don't work, and you can't just go on a diet for a month and expect to keep the weight off. The only way to lose weight is to actually change your lifestyle and the way you eat.

No, not even with liposuction. You'd have to amputate a limb to lose that kind of weight in 10 days! You get the picture lol.
