I can't offer any advice for blisters, but if you don't want to get blisters the best thing to do is rub a stick (solid) deodorant all over your feet before putting your socks on, paying particular attention to the areas where you usually get blisters. This will prevent the moisture which, when combined with friction, causes blisters. I've used this "trick" for a long time now.

Don't pop them, they're there for a reason. It's the body's way of protecting the new skin growing underneath the rubbed part and if you expose it, it won't work as well and could easily become infected. What you need is a blister plaster, I think they're made by 'Compeed' and they'll protect the blister while it's healing and keep the pressure off.
And get some nice thick comfy socks for next time!

i have the same problem and if you need to play or walk soon you can burst the blister to aid healing but you must use sterile equipment ie heat the pin up on the stove or something and let cool before bursting the blister at the closest point to your foot ie next to the good skin, once burst empty the fluid before appying some aftershave to the wound,,it will sting very briefly similar to shaving cuts,, after that apply some talcum powder and keep dry,, after 12 hours the wound will be okay to walk or run on,,
i was in the marines and it worked for me,, ps try to avoid getting them in the first place(shoes?) material,? the person who says do not burst them is technically correct the bubble blister is put there by the body to protect and keep sterile the wound, but its not an ideal world and needs must sometimes
cheers

cool them up, let them blister...
than you can brake those blisters or not ;)
if you brake them make them covered with healing substance (bio active band aid...) or leave the heaing to itself and just push the inside remedies like lot of liquids and betta carotens/sillicates
