I want two piercings in in the cartilage of my left ear (near the top of my ear). i want to do the piercings my self, so i'm looking for the best and safest way i can do it myself, and at home. If anyone has any information or tips on how i can come out with nice piercings, please tell. Also if you are expirenced with peircings, please help me out. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Now everyone is telling me that I'm getting fat. I've read that you can lose weight in your sleep....so I thought I would try that.

But honestly, I just need a way to get rid of this flab.

I'm a loser when it comes to excersise and diet. It isn't like I don't have time, but I'll easily choose taking a shower or watching tv over excersise and then choose to eat all the crap stocked in the house over fruits and veggies.

Any ideas lovies?

i went outside in the heat for about 20-30 min and i noticed how really brown i got on the skin that was exposed to the sun......i thought the sun block protected your skin color...what sun block works the best?? can i use a fading cream to get it back to my normal skin color??

does any one know if there is a liquid spray (sun block) that i can just spray on and go?

you can make a face mask out of bananas?
mash up a medium banana into a smoothe paste,then apply it to your neck and face,let it set for 10-20 minutes ,then rinse with cold water.
also you can get 1/4 cup plain yogurt,2 tablespoons of honey,and one banana and do the same. it works great. you get a healthy shi9ne afterwards.
i know it sounds weird but it works,try it youll see

there are alot of things you can do with a banana,like tenderize a roast,polish silverware abd leather shoes by useing the peel (but take off all the stringy leftover parts, works great.you can brighten up houseplants,use it as fertilizer,and attract butterflies and birds.
pretty cool huh?

I have had a problem with back acne since I was a teenager. Now, I'm in my twenties. I get all sorts of acne of my back regular zits, blackheads, and whiteheads. I have tried Clearsil for the back acne but, it did not work it was too messy and it simply did not work. I do not understand the reason I'm getting back acne at my age. I mean I shower and or take baths every day or night. Can tell me why I'm getting this acne at my age? And, can anyone reccomend a good medication to put on my back acne?
