I've heard you have to be 18 but then others say you can get them earlier but need parents permission. Is it different in differnt states or is it 18?

If it's a respectable shop, 18, though i know of many that will tattoo minors. And yes, minors can get tattooed with parental permission.

Even here in Germany you have to be 18 or at least you have to have your parents permission.

Age is not a requirement. Living in a trailer park or a ghetto is usually the only requirement necessary.

Most states will allow it when you are 18 yrs old.

i was 19, i think it was a good age, i think at 19 your old enough to pick something you know your gonna be happy with till death do you part

ps, lol, i have 3 tattoo's so far and my life is anything but screwed up
