rest of my body is fine..i jus want my legs to be slimmer n toned..cycling would reduce my butts..any suggestions?

Leg lifts, scissors, squats (works thighs and butt), running, stretching...a good stretch morning and night will help work your muscles.

I use Billy Blanks Boot Camp for lower body and I am getting a LOT of compliments. I have not lost my butt either.

i dont know that cycling will reduce your butt, ballet will help your legs and your grace and maybe tighten up your butt a bit too
