what is the best way, meaning the safest, the easiest way, and the quickest way to get a six pack as well as a tan?

You can do crunches and other ab workouts, but unless you include cardio and change your eating habits you won't see a difference. There is a myth that people think they can get a "six pack" by just doing sit ups. You can't. All crunches do is strengthen your core muscles. The cardio and a proper diet (low fat, non-dairy and low sodium) will melt the fat away to make the muscle definition more profound.

As for tanning, well I am a sunbather. I can't help it. I love my olive skin and I love laying out.

the best way to get a six pack is to do sit ups 50 or 40 or 60 every day start out with 10 if your a beginner and work your way up. The best way to get a tan is not to expose your skin and get skin damage that could cause skin problems and skin cancer so use self-tanner by aveeno it works really well. I wont lie to you i haven't used it before because i have darker skin than olive or maybe it is live and i just got a tan cause i tan easily? either way i've use aveenos other products and they work great so their self tanner should too!

If you want to get both at the same time, try running around your neighborhood for 30 mins a day in shorts. You'll get a tan and running tones your whole body. If you don't live in a place where you can run, try joining a recreational sports team. Make sure to eat right and drink plenty of water. To get the best tan, use a 30SPF sunscreen (sweatproof) and get it gradually. Otherwise, all you get is a burn. If you're not much for running, I'd say tan-in-a-can (or a bed) and crunches. but I really think that the running would serve you best :) Good luck!

work out and use self-tanner/self-bronzer. the six pack you'll have to work on of course and will take a while, but just use self-tanner because tanning beds = death =]

do sit ups everyday about 100 other stomach exersices such as side sit ups look up on internet other workouts
also eat veggies and fruits plus vitamnis etc...
